Sublime Mex meets Delish Topia
Our story began back in 1989 when we opened a little corner burrito shop under the Sublime Mex name in Any Town, USA. Over the years, we became known for our bold salsa bar, homemade guacamole, and unbeatable $7 taco specials every Tuesday and Thursday.
In 2021, we partnered with Delish Topia and joined the Integrity Chamber network to expand our menu with mouthwatering double bacon cheesebugers, brick-oven veggie pizzas, and fisherman's cioppino.
Fresh Ingredients
Every salsa, guacamole dip, pizza dough, and cioppino stock is crafted fresh daily with local produce and quality meats.
